The polished-brushed lugs on the case are sharpened and the subtle flat part around the bezel brings a modern touch to this more classic watch.

The AM89 is driven by the Franco-Swiss G100 movement with 3 hands and date offering 68 hours of power reserve.

Dials assembled with chiseled indexes that can be sunray or vertical brushed according to the color are simple and refined on purpose under the raised and domed sapphire crystal.

The brand's signature crown located at 4 o'clock is smaller and even more refined but still guilloche with the interlaced March LA.B M lines.

Hands have been simplified to the most simple and elegant shape.

The stamped date is surrounded by a metal window frame.
The very retro white digits are printed on a black background that displays the number 3 in green once a month.

The green skeleton see-thru case-back glass reveals the G100 movement with the March LA.B M lines perforated oscillating mass.

This piece with classic, timeless lines can be worn perfectly in all circumstances.

The STEEL model is assembled with a steel sunray dial printed with black markings and railroad.

March LA.B designs and assembles its watches in France. The Swiss automatic movements that we fit into our timepieces are assembled from A to Z in France. In complete transparency, we are thus pursuing our watchmaking quest to design watches that are “as French as possible”.

FRENCH STRAPS

The 20 mm leather straps proposed to be fitted to the AM89 are manufactured in the Franche Comté region. They are systematically lined with green leather and equipped with the "presto" system allowing them to be interchanged in a few seconds and without any special tools.
The steel bracelets equipped with the same "presto" system are an assembly of 3 links that we have "reshaped" by adding micro cells to the back for better comfort when worn.

ELEGANT BUT FUELED

Two decades separate 1969 from 1989.

Two millimeters differentiate the AM69 from the AM89. This "supercharged" 38mm version offers a double-window dial (Day / Date) topped with massive indexes.

An elegant but streamlined watch.

"CROSS HAIR" DIAL

The dial of the AM89 Automatic is constructed with the "cross hair" typical of the 70s. It is deliberately simplified and assembled with precisely serrated indices.

The steel window positioned at 3 o'clock displays numbers in a retro typeface, white on a black background and green on the 3rd of each month. A discreet printed railway track frames the whole.

The M logo is a finely cut appliqué.

The hands are shaped like tuning forks to frame an optimal reading.

Luminova is applied above each hour marker as well as on the face of the hands.

CAPTURE THE AMBIENT LIGHT

All March LA.B watch cases meet meticulously adhered construction standards. Invariably polished and brushed, they capture ambient light to bring your watch to life.

The AM89 is a pretty round case, 13.2 mm thick and 38 mm in diameter, whose angular and streamlined lugs reveal a slight flatness all around the immaculate polished bezel.

The contrast in lines makes it a modern watch that is slightly old-fashioned but contemporary at the same time.

The sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, virtually scratch-proof, slightly raised and angular to reaffirm the character of this more classic watch.

The round crown positioned at 4 o'clock has been simplified and reduced in size for greater elegance and simplicity.

Franco-Swiss Movement

Very first movement born with the Swiss manufacture La Joux-Perret and the Besançon family house Humbert-Droz partnership, the G100 is a new three-hand automatic caliber with date, powered with a beautiful 68-hour power reserve and designed with a proven architecture.

Equipped with a Stop Second, this G100 movement is extremely accurate with a time precision range between - 4 and + 6 seconds per day and offers a power reserve of 68 hours usually called "Weekend proof" allowing the watch to keep running from Friday evening to Monday morning without being worn by its happy owner.

March LA.B positions itself as a pioneer of “watchmaking responsibility” with the desire to bring together skills and join forces for a movement 100% machined in Switzerland and 100% assembled in France.

EXCEPTIONAL BRACELETS

Like our watches, our bracelets are designed with the utmost attention to detail, the use of the finest materials and the collaboration of the best craftsmen, to perfectly fit the lugs of our watches.

Extremely robust, our steel bracelet is constructed from three links that we have shaped to be more angular and match the multiple bevels of our cases. The interior replicates the look of micro-perforations to optimize comfort in case of extreme perspiration.

Our leather straps with subtle green details are equipped with a pin buckle that has been carefully designed to fit the shape of your AM89 case. The angles and bevels are present and the brushed finish is respected.

Whether in steel or leather, all our bracelets are interchangeable without tools, since they are equipped with the presto system.
