All our worldwide shipments sent via FedEx are delivered against signature within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the destination.

Shipping fees for orders below €295 are as follows:

- €8 for France

- €15 for the European Union

- €25 for overseas territories (DOM-TOM)

- €38 for the rest of the world

Express shipping fees are:

- €15 for France

- €35 for the European Union

Customs duties and taxes are included in the final sale price for shipments outside the European Union.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the following Monday.

If you choose delivery via Colissimo, parcels will be handed over to the postal service the next day and delivered within 48 hours, either in person or directly to your mailbox.

You benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery of your order to return your product(s) for exchange or refund, without penalty, except for return shipping costs. Items returned incomplete, damaged, scratched, soiled, or altered by the customer will not be accepted. Only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Consequently, returns with damaged boxes will be refused.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, while the reshipment costs for the exchanged item are covered by MARCH LA.B, limited to one exchange.

The Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund or an exchange. To obtain a free return label, the Customer must visit our contact page and submit a request. The product must be returned no later than fourteen days after informing MARCH LA.B of the decision to withdraw.

All returned items must be received unused, complete, and in their original packaging. The purchase price of the product will be refunded to the Customer upon receipt of the merchandise by MARCH LA.B.
