The Dandy MANSART is a MANSART “Downsizing”, thus becoming an extra 30 mm octagonal flat case. It is a genuine androgynous watch, ultra-refined for men loving 1950’s shapes and ultra-feminine in its modernized rice-grain bracelet versions.

Subtle angular poli-brushed layers addition, the MANSART is a contemporary watch that catches the expert eyes.

The octagonal case includes a dial simplified to the essentials, available with discreet indexes or in a guilloché option. The overall is pure and perfectly balanced. The MANSART engraved with the signatures March LA.B M lines crown is octagonal as the case and inserted on the 4 o'clock case corner.

The stamped date is surrounded by a metal window frame.
The very retro white digits are printed on a black background that displays the number 3 in green once a month.

Hands have been simplified to the most simple and elegant shape.

The brushed screwed back is engraved with the March LA.B horological crest.

The FOREST model is assembled with a green sunray dial with steel indexes and hands.

March LA.B designs and assembles its watches in France. The Swiss automatic movements that we fit into our timepieces are assembled from A to Z in France. In complete transparency, we are thus pursuing our watchmaking quest to design watches that are “as French as possible”.

FRENCH STRAPS

The 16 mm leather straps proposed to be adapted on the Dandy MANSART are manufactured in the Franche Comté region. They are systematically lined with green leather and equipped with the "presto" system allowing them to be interchanged in a few seconds and without any special tools.
The steel bracelets equipped with the same “presto” system are an assembly of 7 polished-brushed flat links closed by an ultra-flat and reliable jeweler's buckle for ultimate wearing comfort.

BETWEEN CLASSICISM AND MODERNITY

The heart of our watches is torn between Los Angeles and Biarritz. Their style lies between Mansart's castles and the Chateau Marmont, between classicism and modernity.

This 30mm shaped watch echoes the octagonal architecture of the Place Vendôme, designed by Jules Hardouin-Mansart, architect to the Sun King. Nobility, majesty, symmetry, and balanced forms... The Dandy MANSART is a contemporary tribute to this. Strikingly classic, yet delightfully modern.

Adorned with its modernized rice grain bracelet, the Dandy MANSART transforms into a jewel of refined elegance.

ARCHITECTURAL DIAL

The Dandy MANSART's dial is octagonal, like the case. It is deliberately simplified and features slim, elegant hour markers.

The M logo is a finely cut appliqué.

The needles are thin to allow the whole thing to breathe.

CAPTURE THE AMBIENT LIGHT

All March LA.B watch cases meet meticulously adhered construction standards. Invariably polished and brushed, they capture ambient light to bring your watch to life.

The Dandy MANSART's 7mm thick, 30mm octagonal case is a true architectural construction.

A stack of angular layers in which is integrated at 4 o'clock an octagonal guilloché crown that corresponds to the shape of the case.

The bracelet is integrated into a lugless case for a more elegant, monolithic look.

The mineral glass is slightly flush to maintain a sophisticated unity.

ULTRA-PRECISE SWISS QUARTZ MOVEMENT

Distinguished by its precision and reliability, the Swiss quartz caliber RONDA 517 proves to be the best choice for many luxury watch brands due to its very high-quality performance.

This Swiss movement is equipped with a quartz oscillator that uses electrical vibrations to maintain remarkably high timekeeping accuracy. It also features a temperature regulation system, which adjusts the movement's frequency according to temperature fluctuations, thus ensuring consistent accuracy regardless of ambient conditions.

In addition to its precision, it is also designed to be extremely reliable and durable. It features a long-life power supply system that allows for a battery life of up to 45 months. Approximately two weeks before the battery is depleted, an indicator called EOL (End of Life) causes the seconds hand to jump every four seconds to signal the need for a battery change.

EXCEPTIONAL BRACELETS

Like our watches, our bracelets are designed with the utmost attention to detail, the use of the finest materials and the collaboration of the best craftsmen, to perfectly fit the lugs of our watches.

Very fluid to wear, our 9-link bracelet is equipped with a so-called "jewelry" buckle which makes it thin from beginning to end for optimal comfort and an old-fashioned style.

Our leather straps with subtle green details are fitted with a pin buckle carefully designed to fit the shape of your AM2 Slim case. The angles and bevels are present, and the brushed finish is faithfully reproduced.

Whether in steel or leather, all our bracelets are interchangeable without tools, since they are equipped with the presto system.
