GITANA and MARCH LA.B combined their strengths to develop a marine watch comfortable in all sailing conditions : the BELZA GITANA.
A 40mm watch powered by an automatic Swiss movement with 68 hours power reserve, 200 m waterproof, and available in two limited edition version: rose bronze or stainless-steel case.

Its 40 mm Stainless-steel case is bold, strong and its 32 mm opening is surrounded by a large black ceramic bezel whose rim is chiseled with the interlaced March LA.B M lines, also engraved on the screwed crown always located at 4 o'clock. A position that avoids damaging the hands during the necessary twists for maneuvers.

The massive chiseled indexes are coated with Luminova as well as the wider hands for a better readability.

The stamped date surrounded by a chiseled frame shows very retro white digits printed on a black background, revealing the number 3 in green once a month.

The case back is made of a silver relief plate showing the Maxi Edmon de Rothschild sailing for the victory.

The BELZA GITANA steel model is equipped with a blue vertical brushed dial, steel indexes printed with tonal markings and railroad in light gray. Its sporty and elegant appearance makes it a perfect timeless fashion accessory for any life time.

The BELZA GITANA comes with a second black silicone strap, as well as a watchmaker's screwdriver designed so that you can change straps as your adventures unfold.
These slip with the watch into a storage pouch specifically developed in the colors of the GITANA team.

GITANA, it is almost 150 years of sailing history with the willing of being the best. The race Team founded by Ariane and Benjamin de Rothschild in the wake of the marine family passion is a real innovation laboratory that creates always more powerful sailing boats.

GITANA and MARCH LA.B combined their strengths to develop a marine watch comfortable in all sailing conditions : the BELZA GITANA. A 40mm watch powered by an automatic Swiss movement with 68 hours power reserve, 200 m waterproof, and available in two limited edition version : rose bronze or stainless steel case.

This BELZA GITANA watch has been developed for the Maxi Edmond de Rothschild’s sailors to follow them through their marine adventures and sport achievements, like during the recent ROUTE DU RHUM-DESTINATION GUADELOUPE. A legendary race won by Charles CAUDRELIER who add his name on the track record last 16th November. Race’s favourite, Maxi Edmond de Rothschild’s skipper assumed his status and allowed GITANA to win the race a second time after its historic 2006 victory. 6 days, 19 hours, 47 minutes, 25 seconds, is the new Saint – Malo to Pointe-à-Pitre’s crossing record.

Despite the already incredible results, 2022 is still up and running for GITANA. Indeed, in a few days or weeks, the team will attempt to set up a new absolute speed record around the world : the Trophée JULES VERNE. An amazing adventure around the globe of which MARCH LA.B will be the team’s Official Time Keeper.

OPTIMAL READABILITY

The dial of the BELZA GITANA is constructed with the "cross hair" design typical of the 1970s. It features a double signature, that of the offshore racing team: GITANA

It is equipped with solid indexes and a set of wide hands filled with Luminova for optimum night or underwater reading.

The steel window positioned at 3 o'clock displays numbers in retro typography in white on a black background and in green on the 3rd of each month.

A printed railway surrounds the whole thing.

The M logo is a finely cut appliqué while the BELZA logo is made of Luminova to glow in the dark.

Luminova is applied to the face of the needles.

UNI-DIRECTIONAL CERAMIC BEZEL

The bezels of the BELZA Automatic watches are made of ceramic, which gives them high scratch resistance and optimal readability in all circumstances.

They rotate on "120 clicks" for precise time measurement.

The interlaced lines of March LA.B are chiseled with very high precision around the circumference of the edge.

The overall effect is harmonious and completes the signature construction of the case.

Franco-Swiss Movement

Very first movement born with the Swiss manufacture La Joux-Perret and the Besançon family house Humbert-Droz partnership, the G100 is a new three-hand automatic caliber with date, powered with a beautiful 68-hour power reserve and designed with a proven architecture.

Equipped with a Stop Second, this G100 movement is extremely accurate with a time precision range between - 4 and + 6 seconds per day and offers a power reserve of 68 hours usually called "Weekend proof" allowing the watch to keep running from Friday evening to Monday morning without being worn by its happy owner.

March LA.B positions itself as a pioneer of “watchmaking responsibility” with the desire to bring together skills and join forces for a movement 100% machined in Switzerland and 100% assembled in France.

BRACELETS THAT CAN OUTLAST ANYTHING

Like our watches, our bracelets are designed with the utmost attention to detail, the use of the finest materials and the collaboration of the best craftsmen, to perfectly fit the lugs of our watches.

Extremely robust, our steel bracelet is constructed from three links that we have shaped to be more angular and match the multiple bevels of our cases. The interior replicates the look of micro-perforations to optimize comfort in case of extreme perspiration.

Our silicone bracelets are designed to accompany you in all circumstances. They feature the elegant lines of our logo along their entire length.

Whether in steel or silicone, all our bracelets are interchangeable without tools, since they are equipped with the presto system.
