The polished-brushed lugs on the case are sharpened and the subtle flat part around the bezel brings a modern touch to this more classic watch.

The AM89 is driven by the Franco-Swiss G100 movement with 3 hands and date offering 68 hours of power reserve.

Dials assembled with chiseled indexes that can be sunray or vertical brushed according to the color are simple and refined on purpose under the raised and domed sapphire crystal.

The brand's signature crown located at 4 o'clock is smaller and even more refined but still guilloche with the interlaced March LA.B M lines.

Hands have been simplified to the most simple and elegant shape.

The stamped date is surrounded by a metal window frame.
The very retro white digits are printed on a black background that displays the number 3 in green once a month.

The green skeleton see-thru case-back glass reveals the G100 movement with the March LA.B M lines perforated oscillating mass.

FRENCH WATCHES

March LA.B designs and assembles its watches in France. The Swiss automatic movements that we fit into our timepieces are assembled from A to Z in France. In complete transparency, we are thus pursuing our watchmaking quest to design watches that are “as French as possible”.

FRENCH STRAPS

The 20 mm leather straps proposed to be fitted to the AM89 are manufactured in the Franche Comté region. They are systematically lined with green leather and equipped with the "presto" system allowing them to be interchanged in a few seconds and without any special tools.
The steel bracelets equipped with the same "presto" system are an assembly of 3 links that we have "reshaped" by adding micro cells to the back for better comfort when worn.

The first movement resulting from the partnership between the Swiss manufacturer La Joux-Perret and the Besançon-based family business Humbert-Droz, the G100 is a new automatic three-hand caliber with date, boasting a generous 68-hour power reserve and a proven architecture.

This ultra-precise movement, equipped with 24 jewels and measuring 24.6 mm x 4.45 mm, develops a frequency of 4 Hz and 28,800 alternations.

Equipped with a Stop Seconds function, it is extremely precise, varying between -4 and +6 seconds per day, and offers a 68-hour power reserve, more commonly known as "Weekend proof," allowing the watch to run from Friday evening to Monday morning without being worn by its lucky owner.

March LA.B positions itself as a pioneer of "responsible watchmaking" with the desire to bring together skills and unite forces for a movement 100% machined in Switzerland and 100% assembled in France.

The dial of the AM89 Automatic is built with the typical 70s "cross hair" design. It is deliberately simplified and assembled with fine, elegant hour markers.

The steel date window positioned at 3 o'clock displays retro-font numbers in white on a black background, and in green on the 3rd of each month. A subtle printed minute track frames the dial.

The M logo is a finely cut appliqué.

The hands are thin to allow the whole to breathe.

Luminova is applied above each hour marker and on the face of the hands.

All March LA.B watch cases meet scrupulously respected construction criteria. Invariably polished and brushed, they capture ambient light to bring your watch to life.

The AM89 is a beautiful round case, 13.2 mm thick and 38 mm in diameter, with angular, streamlined lugs that reveal a slight flat surface all around the immaculate polished bezel.

The contrast of its lines makes it a modern watch, slightly vintage yet contemporary at the same time.

The anti-reflective, almost scratch-proof sapphire crystal, slightly raised, is angled to reaffirm the character of this more classic watch.

The round crown, placed at 4 o'clock, has been simplified and reduced for greater elegance and simplicity.

Like our watches, our straps are designed with the utmost attention to detail and with the help of exceptional craftsmen, to perfectly fit the lugs of our watches.Available in alligator, lizard, buffalo or bison, these leathers are distinguished by their character and texture: alligator for its noble and refined grain, lizard for its robustness and intense grain, while buffalo and bison offer comfort, solidity and a subtly marked grain.Over time, your March LA.B strap will develop a unique patina that will make your watch even more distinctive.They are interchangeable without tools, as they are equipped with the presto system.

STEEL BRACELETS

Our extremely robust steel bracelet is available with 3 or 7 links, cut with sharp angles to match the multiple bevels of our cases.
